Flexible Choice Strategy of Fuzzy Vehicle Routing in Urban Traffic under Uncertainty

    • 摘要:基于有限理性的思想,通过引入决策者主观偏好的概念,阐述了给定时间约束下车辆模糊路径的柔性选择策略;建立了该问题的模糊机会规划模型,并给出了一种启发式算法.以最小化剩余旅行距离为目标,用随机模拟方法探讨了决策者主观偏好值P*对最终目标的影响.结果表明,约束时间一定时,在特定的路网中,存在最优的P*值.
